So I have a shit keyboard that forcibly changes volume to 0 or 100, is there anyway of locking my volume bar? Windows 7, you'd think there would be something on this...

I have no idea where it comes from. An addition to this issue, anything with multiple tabs (lets say, steam, a tab for friends list, library, etc, or multiple tabs for a browser) it wont let you select those tabs from the desktop bar. if you press on the multitab icon it will just close it. Pic related: I think theres a second key thats stuck or something thats forcing these. My home key doesnt work either... but these are all different issues im having with it

Win7 has a setting under playback devices->properties->advanced: "Allow applications to take exclusive control over this device"
Next stop is double-checking your keyboard drivers and any software that came with it.
Next is testing this on other computers, to see if it's a hardware issue (as in, it might think you're holding the volume+ button down)
Sorry I don't know of any standalone program. most applications have a setting to allow changing of volume settings, but I don't know about this keyboard.
