I'm trying to move 20 gigs worth of files packed in a RAR

I'm trying to move 20 gigs worth of files packed in a RAR from their packing to freely available space on my extra drive, where the RAR itself is located. When I extract with 7zip, it keeps trying to go through my C drive which has absolutely no space left, what gives?

The compression program is extracting it to your temp folder first and then moving it over. In 7-zip go to Tools > Options, then the Folders tab. Change this setting to Current and then uncheck the "use for removable drives only"
