Why go for two Titans Xs if you could as well go for two GTX 980Tis? Could get a M.2 SSD for the money you save.

consider these two.
The two titans will need some pretty powerful cooling. if you know how, i would try to get some custom water cooling in there.
and the 980 ti's are a bit cheaper, and one 980 ti can run some games at 4k alone, allowing you to put money into some other parts of the build. just a suggestion though, that's a pretty damn good build if you ask me.
