TIFU
I'm not going into specifics, but basically I went on a website on my iPad. And it opened new tabs, stupidly I decided to click on them, in order to close them. A pop-up happened, and it said I'd been busted for CP, and that I was being watched, through cam, and that audio was being taken. And that I had to pay cops, them, to stop. I know it's fake, I heard about this scam, a few years back. Anyway i shat myself, managed to close the tab, turn off safaris access to Camera, can't do anything about the microphone though. And turned off the internet. And the iPad.
What should I do now? Am I fucked?

Safari doesn't have access to the microphone anyway.
It's not possible for a webpage to use the camera: all enabling the camera for Safari does is make "Take Photo or Video" work when you upload a file.
Safari can never take a picture unless you tap "Take Photo or Video", and you have to frame the picture yourself and press the shutter.

Or, to put it another way, if it's real you should be delighted: exploits that can do that on iOS retail for $1,000,000 (not an exaggeration; there was one in the press recently), and someone wasted one on trying to scam you.
Their loss: it's still a zero-day, and there's still agencies that would pay you the price of a house just for the URL so they can reverse-engineer it.
