What's the name of this anime?

I remember watching an anime in 2011 or 2012. I remember that there was a female character with long pink hair, who was an alien and the MC fell in love with her over the course of the summer.

One (or more) episodes consisted of them shooting some home movies, which turned out to all be true (e.g. one of the side characters played a MIB-type guy, his brother turned out to be a MIB-type guy).

The antagonist was the pink haired girl's sister who had to bring her back to the home planet because Earth hadn't reached the appropriate level of technology for contact or something.

I remember there was a blonde named Lemon (or Rinon) and there was a bit character who resembled Pink Bean from maplestory with a leaf on its head.I think it was actually a computer, had time powers or gravity powers. I can't remember, but it was one of those three. Pic related, it's Pink bean.
