The thing is I want to manage/stop some useless process, I could manually stop them but they are going to reappear when I reboot the pc
for example I have this autocad process always running, just there eating resources doing nothing.

See what stuff runs at boot and/or turn it off: Autoruns from the Sysinternals suite.
See what programs are connecting to the internet: open command prompt as administrator, enter "netstat -anb". There are probably fancy schmancy GUI tools for the latter (or whatever bloatware software firewall comes with your antivirus) but I don't want to know.
