Sleep mode on a computer shuts down everything, including your network connections.

Even if you trigger H&R conditions, it'll come up as a "possible" H&R, and will clear either way when you reach the seeding minimum. Iirc the only consequence to getting a H&R is it reduces your max active DL slots, anyway.
