But no, from a general standpoint, the 'size' of a government is represented by the control exerted and systemic size. Anarchy is the minimum government size because it doesn't have a governing body: no one exerts more power except on an interpersonal level, versus totalitarian systems that dominate completely via a single-party ideology over a whole nation.

I'm working on it, but I have another project, probably take another 30 minutes.

Some quick pointers for you in the future:

Microsoft Paint has a "line" feature, so you can draw straight lines simply with a touch of patience.

Google image search gives you more respectable decals for each position.

I wasn't referring to the content or the message, just the way it's being presented in. Usually you'd have the small things on the left and the bigger ones on the right, like a number line. It just seems odd to have it the other way around.
