That's a trick question. If you're doing multiplication on a Z80, the answer's one thing, and if you're doing addition on a Skylake the answer's the opposite.

There was a meme circulating a while ago where one person has an item, and the other person wants it.

The first person crushes the item and has a smug face. The last two panels were the second person with a surprised/exhasperated expression and then looking away.

The example I recall was Robotnik offering Sonic the Hedgehog something before crushing it with a smug face.

Does anyone have any examples of this meme or what it was called?

Google's image search doesn't turn up what you're looking for at first sometimes, but if you click "Tools", there are several useful options including color scheme and date range. Also, it can be helpful to append an exact phrase associated with the image in quotation marks, so that it will only turn up for verbatim matches. If you type site: followed by the URL of a website, you'll only get results from that site, so that can be a big help, too. Basically, if you want to be good at image searching, you have to be good at searching.

Yeah I find Yandex is really good
Sometimes putting in a search term with the reverse image search is also pretty good

For specific things you could use booru's, and sometimes it's good to reverse image search, find a somewhat related/similar image and then go and reverse image search that in the hope of finding what you originally meant

This anime is in a world where powers are starting to become a common thing, much like hero academia, except people more or less hate the people with the powers.

Its focused on a with girl who has a partner she uses to fly on, other noteable characters are this one guy who has a car that can transform into a mech, which he fights with, and this little satellite girl that fights for justice but has a really biased sense of justice.

The witch girl gets entered into basically a detective firm with the car mech dude, and they basically fight people who use the powers for bad.

Thats about all i can remember but any help is appreciated.
