hey lads i need your help with something: popcorn time either can't download movies even when the "peer battery" is green but even if a movie gets downloaded for some miraculous reason: i hear the sound but the entire screen is black.*pic unrelated*

Originally this laptop ran windows 8, but it seemed to have issues with that OS and initially performed better after I installed windows 10. Recently it has become hard to run more than one program at a time. I have done everything I can think of (defragmented [lol], cleaned out various adware programs, updated all drivers, played with various settings etc.) In task manager it seems that it's almost constantly running 95-100% of the disk (surprisingly not CPU or memory).

Is it illegal to watch copyright material from streaming websites where you don't physically download anything? Like kisscartoon or even Dailymotion and YouTube? Like, I know the sites themselves would be in a shit hole if they were caught streaming something they don't have the licence to, but would I face legal trouble just for watching it?

Sometimes programs I'm not using will start to have that colored gloss effect on them even when they aren't active and will sometimes have the window name come up even. The only way I've found to fix it is by restarting the computer. Any idea why it happens or how to fix it without restarting?
Windows 7 and also using aero and want to keep using aero.

Is there any torrent for FilmConvert on After Effects for windows?
Any version would actually be fine, be it After Effects, OFX, or Stand Alone.
I have tried two versions, a 2.12 by ChingLiu, and a 2.17 by Team V.R and both of those didn't seem to work on my end (as in I would install them, restart PC, and they weren't found in AE or Premiere).

Yes.
Once the device battery is at 100% you should always plug out the charger.
Plug it back once your battery is back to 30~15%
