Can someone make this transparent around the text please?
>>299898
Thank you so much! It's beautiful.
>>299900
If you need to quickly turn white colors to a transparency again:
1 - get gimp and open your image in it
2 - layer > transparency > color to alpha
3 - check the preview, and if everything is fine, press OK
4 - save as a png
I'm looking for bands like Oingo Boingo. The most important details is that I like bands that don't take themselves seriously, sound different/weird, and good vocals. My biggest complaint is that, when I listen to other bands, everything sounds the same and the vocals are usually shitty.

The Tiger Lillies.
DEVO is what you want, but the best answer I can think of that you probably won't like is kaksi or fire by hedningarna
Post bald edits of anime characters.
Is registration to Madokami closed at the moment?
I've heard as much, yeah.
The madokami site itself doesn't seem to say anything about that...
You sure you guys aren't just making shit up?
I wonder if there's a particular IRC channel that could be more helpful than /wsr/, or hell, more helpful than anything else...
inb4 I'm a complete newfag at hardware.
Bought a new PC (NUC6i5SYH), but the text appear to be all fucked up and barealy readable.
Is it because Iris Graphics 540 can't into anti-aliasing?
Is there any way to get decent graphics for text or am I doomed until I get an actual graphics card?
Could be an issue with cleartype. Just right click on your desktop, choose "resolution". There should be an option like "improve how text is displayed". Using that you can calibrate how text should look. I had to do this several times after Windows 10 updates.
On win7, you go into the sam resolution menu, but click "scale text and additional elements", and then chose the "cleartype text settings" tab.
>>299797
Tried the cleartype, but all the options looked horrible.
Now I realize that the screenshot I took only look horrible on the new PC, Seeing the same screenshot on the old PC displays normal, non-granulated text.
>>299800
Hmm sorry anon, then I can only guess. Maybe a wrong resolution setting, or an old driver. You could check the intel control panel, maybe anti aliasing is forced off, although even that should not produce these results...
Thinking about it, I do believe I had these problems before, also appearing unsolvable, no option doing any good. But they just vanished one day and I went with it lol.
Can you guys dump some sweet Pepe / Wojack reaction faces?
Cheers.
I'll post some of my own of course
Hi /wsr/!
Something subjectively tragic happened to me yesterday and I've been trying to figure it out every since to no avail. I tried data recovery software but all that came up were unrelated deleted files. A few folders in my massive photo archive disappeared and while that might seem like something I could have done while clicking too fast,
my number folders, then the letter A and B erased. That was about 200 irreplaceable photos down the drain...
Then! what alerted me to this happening was a blank "C" folder, the folder wasn't deleted this time but the folder is empty and I don't think there are hidden files in it.
That isn't a mistake I could have made myself. It seems to have erased things in an order. I've been checking all the other folders in this area but it doesn't look like I dragged anything to another folder by accident.
WHAT THE FFFF happened!
I was transfering thousands of photos from my phone to other folders in this area.
Has this happened to anybody? I fear all hope is lost but if someone solved my problem, oh my god, I'd be so grateful I'll draw you a free art commission or something and I'm halfway decent
>>299653
Just use the backup you surely made of these irreplacable files.
The fact that you completely deleted severeal folder in an order suggests you accidentally held down shift, marked them, and deleted them while marked.
>>299662
But I couldn't have done that with the files inside a folder I didn't touch and leave the folder itself untouched <:)
>>299665
Of course, making two mistakes instead of one is impossible, it must have been a super nefarious hacker who wants to steal your precious pictures.
hi recently my youtube front page grey stuff disapeared its there on the other tabs but not on the home how can i change it back? thx :)
I don't think that's something Youtube allows you to change. If you really want it back you could install an extension that allows you to modify the css of any page. "Stylish" was the most popular one of this kind, but there was controversy over data collection. Another option would be "stylebot", but this one hasn't been updated since 2013. I use "Dark Skin for Youtube", which changes the whole theme to dark mode, so I don't know how good Stylish or Stylebot are.
>>299643
but why is it gone when i had it before??? is it a bug?

Although person is a bit wrong, since they make the thread every year or so on /a/ and collaborate to try and make a new version with some different categories and different anime.
What's a good image board or forum to toalk about video games these days? I'm not talking about /v/ tier thread but genuine discussion about vidya.
Like Reddit or /vg/ or /g/ if ur talkin about game dev
>>299602
There is none.
>>299668
Reddit it's just another circlejerk. /vg/ is good but only for specific discussion
>>299677
Damm, I really miss the days when you could genuinely talk about a medium of entartainment. Now everything is flooded with memes
Dear programmers.
I am trying to have a complete understanding of the first code line.
>What does for n in range(3): do?
I understand that letter (n) can be replaced with a variable.
Since I do not have, the (for n in range(3):) function/command repeats the line below it 3 times.
I understand the second line completely, but how to better understand the first line?

http://pythoncentral.io/pythons-range-function-explained/
I don't know the exact terminology, but I will try to explain.
A for loop in other languages is sometimes defined as follows:
for(int i = 0; i < 3; i++)
this will loop while i is less than 3 incrementing by 1 each time.
in python, the range function can except multiple arguments: start, stop, step.
Just putting in 3 means: start at 0 go three times by 1.
The range function in this case produces an array/list of the values for i. Each time the code inside the loop is executed, i takes on the next value [0,1,2]
I don't know that language...
But In think it's the same as C's:
for (i=1; i<=3; i++){
It runs the loop 3 times, changing the value of i each time, though in this case, i isn't used for anything but counting the loops.
So, first time it gets to the print statement,
>i=1
the second iteration
>i=2
the third,
>i=3
then the loop ends
Observe it by printing i from inside the loop.
Something like:
>print ( i, ' Hooray', end=' ')
Above syntax may not be right.
Hey guys looking for someome that is good at photo to enhance this texture so it looks the the real thing.
Cheers
if you can match the colour
i have no clue what you want done
>>299474
just want the texture the same colour as the actual building. Silver instead of dark grey
Ok, here's a weird one. Pic related is Henry Darger, a man made posthumously famous when it was discovered that he'd written a 15,000 page fantasy novel called The Story of the Vivian Girls, in What is Known as the Realms of the Unreal, of the Glandeco-Angelinian War Storm, Caused by the Child Slave Rebellion. Or In the Realms of the Unreal for short.
Since I'd heard about it I've been trying to find a copy of the book online, free or otherwise, with no luck whatsoever. Not even so much as an excerpt. Which is weird, since those who have read parts of it considered it a masterpiece.
Anybody have any idea if I missed something, and a portion or even the full text is floating around out there? This could be tricky since there is a biography and a documentary on the book, both stupidly titled In the Realms of the Unreal.

What a shame, and it did seem readable.
Thanks for that at least.

Were his writings ever actually published? Everything I'm coming up with suggests they're kept by museums and such, which implies they might not even be publicly available.
Hey 4chan I make music and I would like to request feedback on my music. Thank you you in advance.

>>299365
You're not using any feedback in your music.
Maybe hook your computer to a wah wah pedal.
Hearing that kind of music always makes me sad. Not because you've crafted an emotion-packed song or any other reason like that. But because you seem to be skilled at music production but choose to produce bland and uninspired music. I don't know if I would say that it is a lack of creativity which leads to this but if it is then your music production endeavour is a lose cause. If creativity is not to blame then perhaps it is something you can overcome. Your tasteless track might be the result of a lack of exposure to tasteful music. If that is the case then simply listening to other types of music and applying what you hear could set you on the correct course.
