He is fair-skinned. He has light grey hair with small streaks of white in them. Attire picture is below in thread.

No. Defragmentation is the process of reducing disk fragmentation. You want that number to be as low as possible.

It's a good thing.
Frankly, 8% disk fragmentation is low enough that you won't see any actual improvement from trying to defragment that disk any further. You may as well just leave it as it is now.

I am working on a project of building the Nintendo Excitebike with a brand new bicycle and brand new motor. I am fortunate enough that I have already put the motor and bicycle together and had great success riding on the "prototype". Now it will be coming apart for a repaint and applying decals. Decals is where I'm running into the problem.
I can order from popular website a 3x11 inch bumper sticker and this will be how I am making custom decal of many sizes (with 3x11 inch maximum size) I have shown my hand-drawn visualization of plans so far and I'll be uploading some of what I have so far on the computer and explaining my issues to see if someone can help. I'm using microsoft paint to do it all. I appreciate all comments ideas or questions.

If these assumptions are correct, see pic related.
At 37.5 dpi, it is almost exactly 17.7 x 9.65 in. That's crazy low dpi, but it is what it is. I could stretch it to 10x the pixel dimensions, so you could print at 375 dpi, but what's the point?

Not mafia, not biker gangs, not organized crime in general. Specifically Yakuza. Something more on the serious side is preferred, but a cheesy action romp is fine with me too.
Googling gives me nothing because whenever I come across a thread asking for the same thing, people interpret the request as "recommend some general gang-themed anime" and give stuff like Baccano and Gangsta. Alternatively, they give something that has the Yakuza in it for a short while (like Black Lagoon or Durarara), but isn't centered around them.
I know there's Kaiji and Akagi, but they aren't really *about* the Yakuza, but rather about poor sods who are indebdted to them.
Does the thing I'm looking for exist at all?

I think Mushishi is on there? It's one of my absolute favourites, and it kinda has the same spirits theme that some of the Ghibli films have. Not sure if it will appeal to a someone who hasn't watch a lot of anime though. Not a lot goes on, as it's a very relaxed series.

I'm looking for some fun action or fantasy adventuring type comics to read for inspiration for my own work. And it would be nice if there was some nice cheesecake to enjoy while reading If anyone knows some good recomendations that would be great. Non manga if possible. Western comics with lots of cheescake don't have good plots,
Zenoscope is a publishes that always puts cheescake on the covers but I'm not sure how much cheescake is there inside plus there are tons of small press comics that are like that, on mycomicpost I just saw a series titled Chastity with cheescake covers.
