I have been trying for the past three hours to edit a photo on GIMP 2 because my Adobe Creative suite got too expensive, and I want to rip my eyes out now

Is anyone able to photoshop this image to look like an oil painting? Not painted onto a specific material, just something that looks oil painting-y

thanks

here you go.
I tried cleaning it a bit because there is a lot of pixelation happening in your pic.

Do you have a higher res pic that I can run through the filter again?

Area codes 508 and 774 are North American Numbering Plan (NANP) telephone area codes for the U.S. state of Massachusetts. This service area currently includes south-central and most of southeastern Massachusetts (LATA code 128). It includes Worcester, Outer south & southwest Greater Boston (such as the MetroWest region), as well as Fall River, New Bedford, Cape Cod, Martha's Vineyard, and Nantucket.

On September 1, 1997, area code 508 was split, with area code 978 being assigned to the northern part of that service area. Area code 774 is an overlay area code that was added to share the 508 service area, beginning on May 2, 2001 and continuing to the present day. Since then, 10 digit local dialing is mandatory[citation needed].

I'm a professor and I think I have a problem.

I'm pretty sure one of my female students likes me a bit too much.
She seems to think we have the same taste in music because of an off comment I made one day.

Now i'm pretty sure she is making me a mixtape gift.
What do I do to make her stop?

run along

but i will say one thing:
you must know when to live for yourself
you must explicitly tell her that this is a really awkward situation for you
tell her that you do not want a mixtape right to her face
will she be upset? yes.

Lately i've been having this issue with my pc
>1 fan gets incredibly loud (i think it's the graphics card one)
>next time i boot the pc up (or even wake it up from sleep) i get no signal on my monitor
if i reseat the ram the issue is temporarily fixed, but eventually it will happen again
it keeps happening more frequently, almost every time i use it these last few days
the weird thing is that the computer works flawlessly when i'm actually able to use it. even when the fan gets really loud i have low temps across the board and no issues, i'm even able to play games just fine, and it keeps working as long as i dont turn it off or let it sleep
i tried updating the bios, putting the ram in the other slots, fresh windows install, a different psu

You can find out which fan is making the loud noise by opening up your PC and simply stop the fan by gently putting a finger on it. I don't know anything else about computers, sorry.

Hey there, folks!

I was wondering if anyone had a certain infographic.

It lists legal ways to fuck with people and ruin their lives.

It was things like having fuckloads of boxes mailed to their house and stuff.

I have a fucking awful dude who is being a shitlord to the people in my apartment. I just wanna make sure he knows that someone out there hates him enough to put effort into their hatred.

Thanks, folks!

>It was a joke

>>
>>305545

The things in that graph aren't really going to ruin anyone's life... If anything they will get you arrested for harassment and then landed in a psychiatric institution, but I'm pretty sure your "victim's" life won't be ruined because you send unwanted pizza to his house and posted his phone in a prostitution add on Craigslist. Just how stupid are you?

1. Rearrange to equal zero.
2. Take out a common factor in the numerator
3. Use the null factor theorem to address each part individually
4. get your 2 solutions

So I downloaded videos from my Android phone. Somehow the what I thought a button that would delete download history on the Chrome app doesn't really delete the download history but the fucking FILE ITSELF. I connected my phone to PC and I see the 4 out of 6 deleted files are still there, but I can't copy them to PC. Please help a brother out

I was bored so I decided to do this.
Sorry it's shit quality.

Howdy y'all.

I'll cut to the chase. Recently, my computer has been giving me the Blue Screen Of Death quite frequently. At first, it was only when playing games, but now it'll just happen out of nowhere. Each time it happens, it's a different error. I took microcenter, where I bought the parts, and they informed me that a simple mobo replacement should correct it. I did exactly as they said and it still blue screens, even more so than it did previously.

So, does anyone here have any idea what else could be the issue? I've taken it to Geek Squad as well and they sperged out, and I'd rather not take it into Microcenter again just to pay them for something I can do myself.

Any help/suggestions are greatly appreciated!

Have you tried turning it off, and not bothering to turn it on again?

..... Usually gets rid of the BSOD, in my rather limited experience.
>>
>>305392
>a simple mobo replacement should correct it.

to my mind, that's like a "simple heart/lung transplant" or a "simple mars colonization program".

i would have tried swapping out the components one at a time, starting with the memory. it's expensive, i know, and awkward when the bluescreens seem to be random, but memory faults can cause them.

windows 7? it has a memory testing thing built into it. try that.
>>
>>305878
I guess you're not very good at swapping motherboards.

Unplug, unplug, unplug, unplug, unplug
Unscrew, unscrew, unscrew, unscrew
Put them side-by-side on the bench and transfer CPU, RAM, heatsink
Screw, screw, screw, screw, screw
Plug, plug, plug, plug, plug
Done

There's nothing to do with assembling computers that isn't now "simple". It's not the '80s and computers are legos now.

I need an anime that has the same vibes (and hopefully art style) of pic related

Over the years a few stereotypes about Information Technology Departments have formed. One such stereotype creates this image that the Information Technology Department is this horrible place that usually tucked in a basement hidden from everyone never getting any work done. While this stereotype, at times, can be true. But, for many departments this could not be further from that truth. This is because Information Technology Departments across the world have come to place customer service and satisfaction as their main focus when it comes to day-to-day operations.

Almost all work done in any modern organization is done by using some sort of technology. In many companies, email is the primary form of communication that is utilized by employees, management and customers. As technology has evolved even more forms of digital communication have been developed to aide business operations. Such as live chat systems, video-conferencing systems, VOIP phones and smartphones, and trouble ticketing systems. Technology in modern businesses doesn’t just pertain to the way staff communicate. But, can also be used to tack sales reports, company expenses, and employee productivity levels which can then be used to identify areas of improvement. But, even the best designed systems need maintenance from time to time.
>>
The Information Technology Department in a company is responsible for a myriad of tasks. Many of which could affect the company in different ways, whether it be in a good or bad way. Say the primary phone systems at a company goes down and during the outage several sales calls to customers couldn’t be made. This can directly affect company reputation, reliability, revenue and customer satisfaction. All of which play a part in building an effective and successful company.

But, what makes an Information Technology Department truly great? Is it having employees proficient in computer administration? Maybe it’s having the newest and best equipment? While having all of that does help the Information Technology Department do a better job at administrating and repairing computer systems. It’s the customer service aspect of the job that improves company morale, productivity, and success. Because any technician can sit in a room and repair computers all day. But, it’s the ones that can build relationships and improve the company image through customer service that really define what it takes to call yourself an Information Technology Professional.

Tying to find an old propaganda picture from the youth division of the NSDAP. Was a younger woman pulling back a bowstring close to her chest. Anyone have this?
