If you can't find a suitable solvent, then:
assuming that the underlying surface is reasonably resistant to high temperatures, you could try using a hot-air gun or blow lamp together with a scraper.
Always test on a small area first to see if the method appears to be working satisfactorily.

I bought gift card credit on Amazon.jp today, trying to download music. I bought the appropriate amount of credit to cover the purchase, but Amazon says that I need a local address and payment method to complete the purchase.
Is there any way around this, or at least a dummy address to use to get around this? As it is just digital music I'm really annoyed, it's not as if I'm shipping a package anywhere.

But it doesn't matter that much. Just pick up whatever issue of Amazing Spider-Man was recently published.
