That's mexican street food.
We like it because it's a combination of our favorite snacks like chips, japanese peanuts, Tajín seasoning and different types of tamarind candy + tamarind sauce.

I don't want to speak ill of it (I use an E5450 on my work machine), but that's a really old processor, and it's only really suitable for PCs that don't do any gaming, content creation or anything else too strenuous.

A modern Pentium G4560 would cream it. It's probably not worth resurrecting this computer except for sentimental reasons.

If you must have a PC, try to find a second-hand AMD motherboard and processor that accepts your RAM and has AMD's onboard graphics. AMD call these things "APU"s, because AMD's marketing department likes making claims that get them sued by their customers, but in any case it'll perform better than your ancient processor and ancient graphics card.

It's not possible to upgrade Windows from 32 bit to 64 bit.

Which is why you couldn't do it.

You can use User State Migration Tool to put your data on a clean install (but it's an absolute buttfucker when it comes to usability). You can't use Windows Easy Transfer, because it will make the image then not be able to restore it.

I recommend making a system image backup before you do this, and maybe even getting a third hard disk and restoring to it (or using VMWare converter) so you have a copy of your old 32-bit install for the times when you just need to see this one thing that didn't migrate.
