I need help with windows 10. I have dual monitors and ever since I installed windows 10 I've had my primary monitor start flashing/blinking for no reason and nothing I do or look up has helped. it flashes when the task manager screen is up so everyone says driver issues. does anyone have a solution other than "update the video drivers?" because I've done that multiple time and still having this issue

maybe photoshop liquify or some of those applications that háve an "fish eye filter" i used ot use one called photoscape and it has something similar

Photoshop->Filters->Liquify->Bloat-->Ajdust strength-->Click
Or specific filters, then they'd be called "fisheye (lens)

other than that, downloading from the scanlators' website is pretty good, but apparently that series is just released by an /a/non in 4chan threads so there's no website to find
batoto hosts manga in the full quality that scanlators release at without shittying it up with image compression or retarted watermarks
however it doesn't have a built-in download function so you'd need some external program like jdownloader

Hi, this is a bit of a strange one. I wasn't sure if I was supposed to put this in Gaming or R but here it is.
I play Fallout 4 with some mods. I'm fairly confident it is not the mods that are doing this but I will explain my current situation.
The game will be running smoothly until suddenly, without warning and with no reason, it will drop frames to 0 and freeze like that for quite a bit and it will happen so frequently to the point of frustration.
Between fights, in fights, entering pipboy, saving the game, loading an area. Idk what to do, I've tried everything. I've googled and looked at steam posts, I've changed settings in Nvidia control panel, I've reduced higher end settings in the options menu.
Like idk what to do and it's annoying - I just want to play the game. I have a 980 ti. For those wondering the majority of the mods that I have do not overwrite eachother (Aside from a flashlight mod that edits the lower nif or w/e of another pipboy retexture) and to be safe I have the textures set to 1k as opposed to 2k which is stated to be safe.
I have no clue what to do. Any suggestions?
