My CPU is hitting 100% load on all my games. Even shit like CS:GO isn't getting any higher than 30 fps. All my temps are fine and my GPU isn't hitting super low or high numbers. I was playing stuff like the Witcher 3 and Battlefield 1 just the other day and getting a smooth 60 fps on high-max settings with no bottlenecking.
Specs:
gtx 1060 6gb
i5 4690k
8gb ram
1TB hardrive

Sounds like it could be a number of things, did you do anything in the past few days that might have caused this? Like driver update or windows update or anything? Try launching a game, going into resource monitor, sort it by apps taking the most CPU and post a screenshot.

What do you guys use?
AIDA64's system stability test window is pretty awesome and I've been using it for long term HW monitoring for quite some time. BUT to get long statistics, you have to to set longer step period (standard 3 secs, I use 5 and still get only about an hour I reckon - determined by your screen's width). So you lose time accuracy. It's not possible to zoom the graphs once they're logged.
Is there a tool that would allow me to change the resolution and scroll the graph sideways? What do you use?
(also the system stability window cannot be minimized to systray, so I only run it when I need it to avoid having it on my taskbar)

Sometimes when I play a very HW intensive game or render video for a longer time or when I multitask my CPU I am curious as to how system temperatures and fan speeds were developing and how the CPU was used.

Yes, that is a system monitoring tool, but I believe it's not usable in monitoring system temps, fan speeds etc. Or do you know a way?

I'm looking for an old AMV of Nadia, the Secret of Blue Water I saw a few (many) years back on Youtube which was to the tune of Teardrop from Massive Attack.
I've been looking for it for a while now but I can't seem to get my hands on it, would anyone know about this and be able to help me find it?
The only clue I have right now is that it was title something along the line of "Nadia blue water Massive Attack" or something and featured clips from the anime plus the music...

I need some help with my vizio tv. I've had it for some time with little to no problems, but now it seems like it's falling apart. The pixel display seems to shift a series of pixels down, and making the image distorted. This happens for about three seconds, fixes itself, then the glitch happens after another three seconds. I would at least like to know what the issue is called. Pic related cause its the fucking tv.

That looks like it's deinterlacing two field and not locking them together correctly, which would be a failure in the vertical
sync clock.
But that's insane, because why would a TV be deinterlacing its own UI?
