Photoshop request - I'm looking to do a similar *rotating* text gif like pic related, if someone could hook it up that would be great.

Basically want the same rotation but the text to say "single dads" - also a 'color wave' rainbowing from green to blue and back again. If you aren't down and would like to share how to do something like this please post how, I'm willing to learn.

Hello there,
When I wanted to upload an image, my file explorer opened in this directory

C:\Program Files (x86)\Google\Chrome\Application\60.0.3112.113

The content of it is in pic related.
I'm just worried if it's not some virus or something.
Should I leave it how it is or should I do something?
