uh wasn't the first one made in the 90s
killing lil hunter this quick is the most satisfying feeling in this whole game
it isn't looping
it isn't getting the right mutations
it's fucking murdering this little fucking faggot immediately
Amazing i hope somebody make a webm from Montgomery speech from this trailer also
I should be flying to other planets but I'm just flying pusher props around the base.
This game was fun. I still have it, and the disc works fine, but it doesn't start up. From what I've read online, it's because it uses up so much cpu in a ps2 that it won't work unless it's practically just out of the box.
>Appeals to everyone; men, women, children, and adults
>Tells a cohesive story through gameplay and imagery alone, with no dialogue
Yeah, it's pretty great. But Braid is also pretty good, telling its story with very little writing. It's not impossible to make games like this when you put the writing and story first, then build the gameplay around them.
You know what?
I understand the ladder. If it had just been a cutscene then it wouldn't let the character understand how far away from the jungle they've gotten. People would just be like "How could I have climbed a ladder into a fucking mountain?"
Yeah. Kojima really puts some thought into the design of the maps. However, I think the main purpose of the stairs being something you have to actively climb is to make the player reflect upon Snake's mind and actions up to that point in the game. I'm not sure if I remember, but I think the ladder comes right after the fight with The End. The change of pace from a senile photosynthesizing sniper to a simple ladder makes you think about the whole mission for a moment. I couldn't help but wonder what went through his mind while he climbed those stairs.
>d-did he just brrrt?
cause he dont see that group.
>As far I'm concerned a member of their team slipped into enemy's base and became a holy martyr for a greater cause?
Something like that.In second position came the enemy and brother in blew himself.
There's nothing limited by the button scheme. If they wanted to include more dialog choices, they could easily do what Dragon Age does and use the analog stick to rotate through a wheel of choices.
Don't be so stupid.
So how do I make reasonably sized webms without killing any and all quality? My attempt at a high quality 39 second long webm ended up being 25mb which is far too large to be hosted on any imageboard.
Naruto Overhaul Mod is a lot of fun, you should also look into Skyrim Spells and Powers, some similar stuff (force grip is the exact same as bansho tennin) but better executed effects imo.
I find it annoying that you can walk up in a 800 lbs giant armored metal suit carrying a massive gatling laser weapon and no one even notices the suit or the weapon or has any change in their behaviour . Even the BoS don't even care you regularly use power armor.
Yep, totally limited by the button schemes. Damn those consoles, ruining the fun for all of the true gamers!
You know, despite the fact that there have been two games before this one that used the same dialogue system as the PC version.
It should really add a special flag that makes Threatening gestures more likely to succeed. Some guy in raider armor threatens me with his rifle? I can take him. Some guy in fucking POWER ARMOR with a Gatling laser threatens me? Ehh, better hear him out.
There's only one Sun and it's a star called Sol which is why the system based around it is called the Solar system. Other systems would be named after their stars, not Sol.
>Walk below the 2 tubes instead of ON it.
used to have a beautiful gif of a dragon fucking up a fort. can't seem to find it, I guess this'll do
You may be cool
But you'll never be cyborg ninja crosscountering an american senator on nano-steroids
You're both being cocks. Procedurally generated space sim is a concept as old as the micro-computer. Or is the 8 bit generation also PC master race? I remember when the PS2 came out and people speculated that procedural generation would make a comeback as a way to keep the hardware full without having to hire an army of artists. Instead we hired an army of artists... Largely because procedural generation leads to boring design.
What are you even talking about? The game isn't even an exclusive and was never implied as one, so why are you singling out consolefags?
People are "jizzing themselves" because the concept is always interesting and exciting, nobody even mentioned the PC except for you. you're just making PC users look pathetic with that 12 year old pcmasterrace mentality.
>this FUCKING game
>and these FAGGOTS that fucking play it
EA killed 10 years worth of hopes, dreams, and anticipation with this Call of Starwars cow turd and I will never let it go.
Are you making an actual, livid effort to be so extraordinarily, massively, absurdly, enormously dumb?
How can you defend a game that consists entirely of QTE? As I was 2 hours into the game... I seriously questioned myself... Is there a bug going on? Is my copy corrupted? he actual game will start when?
How much of an idiot you have to be to buy this stupid appeal to authority and actually defend a game where you are basically a viewer with no power over the scenes whatsoever apart from pushing the damn buttons they tell you tu push?
I doubted that I would see the day where someone defends heavy rain on 4chan, but that day came after all. Holly fuck, burn your games and consoles, you don't deserve to play anything ever again in your life.
Hope you like TPP cause its all shes playing,
that and PT with another grilgamer
>implying these webms are made for one of the 2 boards of this entire site
