Post anything related to Japan
It IS super comfy. I traveled across Japan for a couple weeks, and the overall atmosphere is so peaceful and relaxed. Clean, too, when you compare Kyoto to, say, NYC.
This thread made me super nostalgic for Japan, so I made a bunch of papes. These were my first attempts at color grading, so feedback would be appreciated.
I don't wanna flood the thread, but if anyone wants more, I'll keep sharing.
Not realistic but it's something
(Plus free bump)
Anime is Japanese related

I've been planing a trip to tokyo since last year, basically since these comfy japan threads started popping up, I like videogames, asian culture in general, so I said why not and decided to go for a week or two
This is my favorite Japan wallpaper. I have like 10gbs of photos of Japan and a few are wallpaper worthy, but I never properly edited them (don't know how to be honest).
Not him, but...
It isn't dangerous as long as you don't go to bad neighborhoods.
I have been living in Japan for four years and feel safer at all times then I ever did back home.
As for tips for your trip, go for two weeks at least. One is way too short. I personally think Kyoto is the best city in Japan, but I am biased on that point. You can easily spend two weeks in Tokyo and have a blast. Make sure to plan it out well and do proper research though. It is easy to get lost on Tokyo's subway system, and a taxi can be a pain if you don't speak the language (can even be a pain if you do sometimes).
A few recomendations of things to see and do in or around Tokyo are: Tokyo Tower and/or Sky Tree, Imperial Palace, Asakusa Temple, Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building, Tsukiji Market.
Oh and shopping. Shopping is great in Japan. I own more good >>6454107
clothes/shoes than I ever did before.
If you could upload some of them I'd gladly give it a go and try to make them more wallpaper worthy.
I just really like Japanese cities and landscapes and would be happy if you shared them :)
I will try to dig through them later and pull out a few good ones. Most are of the Kansai area.
Make sure to get a JR Rail Pass. Makes it considerably easier to use bullet train. It is only a 15 minute bullet train ride from Kyoto to Osaka. So you can easily go for a day or so when you are there.
