I'm a man, but I have this thing about loving to play as female characters, especially princesses.
Aside from the obvious racing and fighting games, what are your favourite retro games where you can play as a cute girl? The cuter the better. Bonus for her being the main/sole playable character, and double bonus for princess.
Me too. Phantasy Star is great. Valis series as well. Monster World IV is a must. There's also pic related, but how cute you think she is will probably vary.
Since Crystal, I've exclusively played Pokemon as the girl. Why wouldn't you?
>not staring at dat fishin' ass all day erryday
>not hearing dat "ohhhhh a BIG one!"
I admit I haven't played the snes version but from what I've seen it's a lot similar with some changes here and there.
I'm checking now and it seems the snes game has more enemies that I haven't seen on the genny version.
>but from what I've seen
how bout you actually play it. what is with all these people who have opinions on things that they havent even played.
I'm playing it right now. It's like the Genesis game but with a different sound and color palette and some differences like the floor graphics are different.
Wow dude it's a whooooole different game, the floor is different!
Cute female characters are very very common in Japanese games
are you fucking kidding/ they have diff game mechanics. the charas have different move sets. gen version has several special moves. enemies behave differently. are you fucking retarded? the game speed and pacing are different. okay, you can't be this stupid. you must be doing this just to get me mad.
you are idiotic, I don't even need to try to get you "mad".
both games play the same, in fact I think I'm liking the SNES version a bit better now that I'm playing through it.
I just got to the first boss, there was a section that was different than the genesis game with new enemies I haven't seen before on the genny version.
This looks so cute. I'm definitely checking it out.
I would love to see a game based around the Nintendo Princesses. Maybe a platformer with rpg elements and some kind of Sonic Heroes style system for switching between characters, each having a different set of abilities.
I just want to play as Peach, Daisy, and Notretrosalina. Their bright, contrasting colour-palettes and distinct yet shallow personality types soothe my autism just nicely.
The sprite animations in this are so beautiful. Top suggestion. Your prize is the sense of satisfaction you gain from enlightening others.
Voice actress of the main character in this game, Ai Iijima, was raped at a young age, ran away from home as a teen to escape her abusive parents, ended up a homeless prostitute, then became a big pornstar, before becoming a tv celebrity and renouncing her past in adult entertainment, then was found mysteriously dead, face down and alone in her apartment at age 36.
Kind of makes me more interested in the game.
>I go with the male character because I'm not a transsexual faggot.
>he doesn't wish he was a pretty girl
>he doesn't want to wear beautiful dresses and amazing shoes and sparkly jewelry
>he doesn't want to have luxurious long hair and an amazing pair of tits
>he doesn't want to wear lots of sexy lingerie
>he doesn't want to have better orgasms and short refractory periods
>he doesn't want to live life on easy mode
Who's the faggot now?
>not fishing as Terry Bogard
I didn't play any other Sega fishing games but if this dude wasn't in all of them that's a serious misstep on their part.
when diablo 2 came out, it took me a while to try male chars, becaus i wanted to do was shake those amazon and sorceress thighs around.
when the choice is only cosmetic i also tend to play females.
only in things like ultima online, where the toons are highly customizable and i can see myself, then i just use males, also even my hair and beard cut and color.
I pretty much always choose girls in vidya unless there's a dude character whose mechanics I like more. If it makes no difference to the gameplay it's little girl all day erryday
Female characters in fighting and karting games tend to be lighter and quicker with more magic-styled abilities, so I always claim, when playing with others, that that's the style of play I prefer. Which is mostly true; I'm not really into playing as tank characters, but the truth is so much simpler... and so much more complicated.
Do you like Megaman? If so, you'll like Magical Doropie.
