Other thread about carrying the actual device made me wonder-- did it have any good games for me to emulate?
I use linux, but I also have wine, so if there's a "best" w/r/t emulation, let me know.
Best games?
You helped me learn Game Gear is good, let's hope for a repeat.
The state of emulation is pretty poor. Thankfully the hardware and software is overlooked and cheap for the time being.

I'm curious too. I've looked lightly Ito the Lynx library on several occasions, and nothing ever really appeals to me. It was much easier for me to get into the Game Gear, which has a lot of good games.

My personal favorites, and probably what's stuffed into my Lynx carry pouch right now
APB
California Games
Crystal Mines II
Joust
Klax (short of the arcade, the only way to truly play it, quite frankly)
Ninja Gaiden
Paperboy
Rampage
Rampart
Road Blasters
Robotron
Steel Talons
STUN Runner
Slime World
Xenophobe
Xybots
Zarlor Mercenary
I didn't realize there was Aztec Challenge on the Lynx.
I had it for the C64. It was horrible and I always knew it yet I kept playing it and actually beat it.

Chip's Challenge, though it was originally in video game.
