>See Asuka playing game
>Think it was Sega Saturn?

I didn't give you permission to post pictures of my waifu.
Kill yourself, now.
Playing the Sega Saturn drives you to depression confirmed.

>he has an Eva waifu
Shit taste senpai

First reply to a thread is weaboo prattling about finding cartoon children attractive. Follow your own advice.
I always wondered if they really thought normal teenagers were still going to play Saturn in 2015 or if it was just shameless product placement. After all I'm pretty sure japs still played some Famicon by '95.
>>2922615
From what I remember it was an original Saturn controller.
>>2923134
Product placement more so, since Sega sponsored Eva. And considering Sega was popular with the Saturn I wouldn't put it past them.
Can this be a product placement in entertainment thread? I always find that kind of stuff neat, personally.

One for Malcom. First thing that came to mind actually
>>2923139
This is only sort of related, but they made a Megadrive Megatron and Playstation Optimus recently. They're a bit too expensive for me or I would have bought them.

Bitchin'
I love transformers. Jesus man, those things are probably worth an arm and a leg now.

Sega was crucial for Evangelion, they were one of the first, or actually very first sponsors for the show, without Sega's money there'd be no Eva.
Sega's logo even appears at the beginning of The End of Evangelion.
Also the very first Eva figures were produced by Sega, before Ban Dai jumped on the bandwagon along with Kaiyodo and the rest.
More silly toy videogame stuff.
This is from Microman 1999.
>>2923163
There was a purple version that looked a lot more like a Gameboy Color.
>>2923162
Their logo and the Saturn was actually the things that let me know they sponsored them. Didn't know they made toys tho, so you learn something new everyday.
>>2923163
Was the microboy a real thing? Or was it just a parody for the toy?
>>2923168
They also did trading cards
>>2923171
on GoS there's a part where you can see a Sonic mug on Misato's house. This is even on the original PC version that came before the Saturn/PS1 versions.
>>2923202
Sega didn't actually stop making Evangelion figures and merchandise.
>>2923173
It's just a parody. They did a playstation one too but I can't remember what it was called.
>>2923134
You say it as if there was no people playing SEGA saturn today in this board. Also, if the second impact happened maybe console development stopped for many years.
>>2922924
firstly, she is clearly at least an adolescent, like the character Rei, but the asuka character is actually an adult.
secondly, unless you are 45+ you watched it in mid 90s, its no more weebo than say knights of the zodiac or dragon ball, by which i mean its not, its just childhood nostalgia
lastly,
>not fapping to asuka and rei hentai when you were 14yo
PS: waifu threads on /vr/ ? cmon now
>>2923139
should have started a new one and just reported this v-thread

>Implying I wasn't fifteen when I first watched Eva
>>2922581
It was a Sega Saturn on a Sega brand TV.
>>2922837
Current Sega drives you to depression.
>>2924171
Yeah... Definitely not watching your wacky ass mother twisting in the wind... It-it's probably the Sega...
