This is the superior choice if one only has one dollar to buy either for.

I got to play this in a barcade in Chicago not too long ago. The twin-stick controls took some getting used to, but it sure was fun! Me and a friend played a few stages, reveling in its casual gore and violence and goofy sense of humor.
