Please tell me that I'm not the only one that bought one of these at RadioShack back in the day just to listen to my N64 in surround sound. I had to purchase an in-line volume adjuster to go with it, but when I put those headphones on and started up Mario64, the sound of the waterfall behind me was epic.

ITT: Games you initially thought were going to be bad but enjoyed a lot and glad you tried out.
I thought the weird ass chibi look was unfitting and that the game was gonna be dumbed down to pander to wider audiences, but I'm glad that I tried this out anyway. Love it and still play it. About to fight Rubicante.

Trying to revive the retro computer threads...
What are you using? Any goals for upgrades or new acquisitions?
I don't have anything with Windows 98 yet, so I intend to put that on my comp built in 2002. It currently only has linux on it. I also really need to install that CD driver for MSDOS 6 already.

Trying to acquire one of these HP 150's, not very common since they weren't IBM compatible but they did have MS DOS. Also half-ass looking for an early TRS-80, Compaq Portable, and an Atari 520ST (although not 100% committed to any model).
It's neat to have older IBM compatible pc's but I don't really see myself using space for that. I'd rather just run dosbox. There's nothing I want to run on Windows 95/98/3.1, it's all DOS or stuff that runs on modern OS's with minimal tweaking. Although I'd make an exception for something truly odd like the Compaq Portable or the HP 100LX. Man that amber display on the Compaq Portable III was amazing, some of those old monochrome displays make my eyes bleed just thinking about them.
My collection got lighter after a recent natural disaster. All I've got (retro) right now is an HP 75C, those things can take a beating like you wouldn't believe.
How decent is Saturn/Dreamcast emulation nowadays?

KI is one of the stranger franchises out there. I wouldn't recommend it until you've gotten the hang of other 2D games like Street Fighter II or KOF '98. It nearly all comes down to being able to utilise extensive combos, and you'll find it pretty frustrating at first compared to a lot of other 2D fighters.

I don't know why people here are so against this game, in japan fangames of existing franchises are always received with open arms, be it a parody or a legit attempt to reproduce a official one.
I think it's a bit biased to hate it just because it doesn't has the Itoi brand in it, from the looks I really feel like they are in the right track with this game, just playing the release to know if it will be "Mother" or not, but I have relatively good expectations.
