Am I getting terminally casual, or this game is actually difficult as fuck?
Art is incredible, but it feels like no one playtested it.
>>3929349
Pretty much spot on. Level design just wasn't well thought out in most of the levels IMO
nah you a lil bitch ass boy
>>3929358
So you mean you actually unlocked all cages without guide?
Any recommendations on where to start with this series? Should I start with the TG16CD version of I+II, the PSP version of I+II, or one of the later entries?
Steam version is good

thanks mate
Maybe try both the PCE and the Eternal/Complete/Chronicle version and decide which style you prefer.
Who was your main in Street Fighter II (any version), and why?
>>3929204
Scorpion cause he's really cool looking.
Blanka.
>Why
To a kid in the early to mid 90s, that design really caught the eye, and most of his specials were easy to do.
>>3929204
Cammy cause she looked cool and had a sweet ass
Would Saturn survive a fight with the 64 if Sony never jumped into the ring?
That might just aid the 3DO.
>>3928908
Easily. It would have been a tie like in the previous generation, as both consoles were equally innovative but underwhelming.
>>3928908
Considering the N64 only did well in North America, possibly, even in Japan people liked the Saturn more than the N64 and Europe was Sega's turf before Sony came in.
Honestly though, the question that interests me more is what would have happened if Sony and Nintendo didn't break up and became partners in the fifth generation. If Sony alone curbstomped everything imagine what Sony AND Nintendo could have achieved.
Rank all Alex Kidd games from best to worst.

Hard to pick cherries from a pile of shit.

And the thread is over.

- Action combat like zelda

I'm curious.

How come American developers can't into platformers?
Quackshot/Aladin exist
>>3928378
You mean David Perry's Aladdin? That's not American.
>>3928232
Cheap-ass development aimed at kids and their unsuspecting moms.

So what's the deal with repro n64 carts? Are they ok if you just want to play the game or do they work shitty
>>3927707
I'm sure they work fine, but you're better off saving your money and getting an everdrive 64.
Just get a flashcart dum dum. The chinese knockoff ed64p is about 60-70$
>>3927776
But I already have all the games I want.

Sword Dancer is an rpg with combat like in a VS fighting game. It look nice and play nice.
For something more forward go for Rusty or slightly more obscure (and less dark) Totsugeki Mix.
I can give
I thought his brother was harder.
>>3927634
He is harder with his earthquake, but otherwise this guy definitely blocks anyone's path.
I never understood what's the concept, what's the deal with this character. Every character in this game is either a stereotype or have a clear concept, but Nick Bruiser don't. He talks and moves like a robot.
what's /vr/'s favorite Capcom fighter?
Vampire Savior for me.
>>3927437
This, Vampire Savior is by far my favorite Capcom game
So I've been searching the internet high and low for god knows how long now trying to find 2 unlicensed NES carts.
Jurassic Boy and Gaiapolis.
They were developed by Sachen and released only in Asia to my knowledge but I just wanted to ask if anybody has these games and would be willing to sell them to me? Either would be amazing but I'd also be willing to buy any other Sachen games anybody has to offer. Even just a point in the right direction to find these would be a great help.
Thank you to anybody in advance :)
