People who grew up with Wizardry 6, did you actually finish this game without any guides and such? The game at its core seems like it could be fun but I just had an awful experience.

Might have looked one or two puzzle solutions up and I got the advice to start with a bard.
I did draw my own maps and got through the game fairly well.
Compared to Wizardry 1-3 it's relatively forgiving. Losing 1 Vitality is nothing compared to losing the whole character.

As for Microsoft, they had nothing to do with Dreamcast's demise. The piracy of Dreamcast games from the PC Master Race is what killed them. Who else has access to a CD burner? Who else makes money from pirated copies? PC Master Race does. But also there was other factors that led to the destruction of the Dreamcast. 32X and Sega CD add-ons was part of it, the other factor was pulling out support for the Sega Saturn in North America. It pissed off 3rd party developers.

As a Sonic game it's solid, but I would honestly prefer playing the Genesis games.
