dunno about PCE, but getting cables for a Saturn isn't an issue at all (power is a really, really standard connector that the DC and fat PS2 also use, a/v cables aren't too hard to get)
would advise getting a Saturn with an included controller though simply because you can save like $10-20 that way vs getting a separate controller

It's a completely unique sprite, not seen anywhere else in the game and not even accessible under normal conditions (without cheating or trading in a Pokemon that already knows Surf, or doing some other kind of trick). It's such a bizarre thing to just have sitting there that it's not surprising it inspired rumors and theories.

Starfox on the SNES is not the same game as 64 despite following the same formula.
It's looser, but worth playing if you really like that kind of game.

Might be best to emulate it so you can play it at a good and stable framerate instead of the lagfest that it is on console though.

It's not very good.

It was shockingly good for when it came out. I loved the split screen with the first person of the dungeon and the auto-map on the side.

Are the parts in the manual about targeting attacks with the d-pad and getting attacks in between enemies' by button mashing total bullshit? Because they've always seemed like total bullshit to me.
