>STILL no ostrich pokemon
Why? It's such a strong, interesting and well-known bird. Just by looking at it, it could have so many typing possibilities: Flying, Electric, Ground, Fighting, Dark, Normal, Dragon... No, Dodrio doesn't count.
>STILL no ostrich pokemon
>no, that OSTRICH with three heads doesn't count
>hurr durr why gamefreak doesnt have a fish pokemon, and no magikarp and goldeen don't count
What about a dolphin thorny devil okapi cockroach mosquito flamingo peacock dullahan leshy and many more.
It's a bird that can can't/barely fly with a long neck and long legs. What else do you want? A pokemon that's just a cartoon ostrich with no unique design quirks at all like my mom's dog?
So we have my mom's
but my mom's ostrich is somehow bad. Many birds have representations who actually resemble real-life animals but for ostrich we stuck with some bird who looks NOTHING like ostrich at all?
>implying owls have horns
>implying seagulls have round bodies and sock wings
>implying pelicans are blue and have no necks
>implying swans wear bras
>implying bald eagles are red, blue and wear headdresses
>implying vultures wear bones and eyeliner
>implying falcons are orange
Whatever man. I'm sure we will get a decent ostrich pokemon in future even if some retards think Dodrio is ostrich.
Like we had Spinda in gen three as our panda pokemon, but then Gamefreak released their mistake and gave us amazing Pangoro.
>implying ostriches are birds
>Dodrio certainly isn't an ostrich. And even if it was, it looks nothing like one except for the long necks and legs.
That sweet moment when you say something retarded and then double down on it instead of just disappearing
Dodrio most certainly is based on an ostritch.
It's a flightless bird with a long neck(s) that's known for running fast.
> Just like Breloom is not really a kangaroo
Well no duh it isn't a kangaroo. It is a mushroom with extendable arms. If you want to compare something to a kangaroo, go with Kangaskhan.
> never heard this word before
> go to google
> its like freaky adorable mix of a quail and a turkey
> looks nothing like doduo or dodrio
ur dum m8
cute regardless how do I get one as a pet I must have it
The only thing about Braviary that isn't eagle-like is its crest that looks like a war bonnet worn by Native Americans.
Bald eagle + American flag + Native American war bonnet = Braviary
>unable to fly
>literally learns Fly
Sure seems like an ostrich.
Looks more like a beetle than a triceratops to me.
I was hoping something more along the lines of Tyrantrum.
Also while I'm at it, is there is a pterodactyl pokemon that I'm unaware of?
>STILL no water-bear pokemon, the most resistant creature in the world
I'm not denying that it looks like an eagle, because it does. I'm talking about a bald eagle specifically.
So while it obviously is based on a bald eagle and native Americans, it does end up visually looking more like a Philippine eagle than a regular bald eagle.
That why I said by normal means. I have never seen a Dodrio fly like a regular bird.
I have no idea what part of Mega Aggron that looks like a beetle to you. It's obviously reptilian in nature and the face has the exact same composition as a triceratops.
>I was hoping something more along the lines of Tyrantrum.
The chances of you getting my mom's triceratops are slim given that we have Bastiodon, although it is more like a Chasmosaurus.
A fictional creature can't be fully original, it has to take inspiration from somewhere. The houou is actually believed to be partially based on the peafowl.
Please don't use the word pterodactyl. It's an ambiguous word that can refer to pteranodon, pterodactylus and/or pterosaurs in general.
You're correct that Aerodactyl isn't a pterodactyl by the two first definitions, but it most certainly is by the last.
Dodrio line is a combination of not-flying birds.
Now I Just want a cute kiwi preevolution for doduo.
