Not to beat the dead horse, but currently it is possible for anyone to inject their own Pokemon. It's not as easy as the GTS hack from previous gens, but constantly begging for something that you could do yourself is pretty shameful. /ekx/ had a guide to doing it and right now the latest FW can do it since Browserhax isn't patched. Unless you're a paranoid shill who's afraid of Nintendo/GameFreak.

Yeah, just stay in it for now. You may already know but Ironhax is still on 10.4+.

Also successful downgrade chances increase very highly on O3DS if you format beforehand, but doing that would break your payload and browserhax doesn't work on 9.9-10.4 unless under specific conditions which wouldn't work after a format. If you have OoT/know someone you could lend OoT from, it'd very welcome.

If you mean bans, I think a few confirmed cheaters, such as those with teams that crash the other side, people who used HA legendaries in rated battles in early ORAS and some others, can no longer use Game Sync or participate in rated battles. If you inject responsibly and isn't a complete retard you're safe.
