if there's a regional bird in Johto it's fucking Pidgey and/or Spearow again. Or maybe Natu since it exemplifies several things about Johto newcomers; cool/cute-looking with a wild colour scheme, is pretty rare and out of the way in terms of how to find one, and is mediocre in battle.
