Is this team good, I have went up from rank 1000 to 1300 in a few days using it. I have troubles vs smogon wash and occasionally lando-T. I'm thinking of running a scarf on weavile just for scared lando-T, is it worth it?

I have no idea why would you have trouble with Lando, you have two supereffective priority attacks and Ice Punch lure on your team to take care of it. Rotom isn't all that hard to break through either, just don't let it Pain Split on your mons and choose your sacks wisely.

This team is bad for one reason off the bat: You have no way of removing hazards. Your Talonflame and Weavile are going to be pressured a lot.

Lando-T unsurprisingly gives you hell, and I don't even know how you switch in on things like Mega Lopunny.

Something like Mandibuzz or (defensive) Zapdos should help you out.

Adamant Bisharp is 239, so 240 (16 EVs in Spe) is sufficient.

The reason is, +2 Ada Bisharp's Knock Off is almost guaranteed to OHKO Zapdos, while Sucker Punch does 96% max. Heat Wave with 68 SAtk EVs does 87-102.5%.
