Sinnoh's dex is definitely one of those hall of shame moments. Platinum tried to fix it, but the damage was already done.

I'm surprised how often this is overlooked when judging gen iv, sure it's brought up once or twice but it's pretty bad. It nearly ruined Sinnoh for me and even now it's probably my least favorite region.
