How about only the first rat has a focus sash and will spam endeavor until you are at 1, then it and every following tatta will spam tackle until the game is over? I think this will get the desired results.
GG if you land a multihit attack on the first one, pretty much can't lose unless you hit a self-destruct. Otherwise you're just trying to get 6 straight damaging moves (minus recoil attacks) to win, barring various effects like healing or confusion and the sort that could swing it either way.
