Had they been signed by Ono himself, they'd probably be worth a bit.
These particular ones are signed by some random fucks that had nothing to do with the product, they're probably worth less than clean copies and DEFINITELY less than blank pieces of paper with the same signature.

I spoke with a collector a year or so back, there were these Sailor Moon cardboard mini poster things, someone brought one in, signed by the English VA. Said that with how easily dubs replace VAs, the signature actually lowered the value.

I do not collect this kind of stuff. Picked it up with other comics from DC and Marvel, because it was cheap, sealed and condition is pretty sweet. Guess I gonna keep it or sell it 50 years later :^)
