Set up sweepers with perfect coverage and priority.

Mega Metagross would pretty much be flawless.

Pokémon with bad movepools start running filler moves. Physical attackers would use Return, walls and other bulky stuff would throw Toxic onto sets as filler. LArge numbers of flying types using Defog just because they can and don't have a better 6th move. Protect thrown on a lot of things without anything better just to be used for scouting.

You would still be better off with DD mega charizard

DD, Roost, EQ, Dragon Claw, Flare Blitz, filler

This way you burn immunity and DD is a better boosting move than Agility

What would Keldeo's 6th move be? For sure it would have:
1. Scald
2. Secret Sword
3. Icy Wind
4. Substitute
5. Calm Mind
6. ???

What would people even use? HP Dark?

Meanwhile lots of pokemon that are already high teir have great movepools, so they remain top teir.
