I want to like Red Circle, I really do. But I can't get over how it evolves into a fucking CONE and not a sphere! It's bullshit. I mean, obviously they they had a them going with Circle and Cylinder. Yellow's mega is best.

Circle has the best defense. No structure is more sound than a solid round shape which is also the easiest shape to deflect attacks off of with all those curves. Has the fastest speed out of the 3 once it gets rolling. Probably great at walling and support.

Triangle has deadly attacking strength as noted by its very sharp points. It can pierce through most defenses but unfortunately it's not only the smallest (which probably means low health) the limitation of three sides means a possible low speed. With the ability "triangulate" it never misses an attack however. I can't see where this mon is practical unless it has access to some for of speed boost to warrant it as a possible glass canon.

Square is a terrific all purpose type. It has the most surface area meaning the most bulk/hp. It has four points to it which means a wider move pull but they aren't as pointy as Triangles so it doesn't have as high of attacking stats. You won't find flaws but you won't find anythin it excels at other than versatility.

I'd probably start the game with Square to make the story easier but if I wanted to use one for competitive Circle is the obvious choice.
