An Ice type equivalent of Gale Wings + Oblivion Wing + Earth Power. That's the best you can manage, and even then it may end up BL or UU because of how shitty its typing is. Giving Ice a Flying resist could help.

Linked moves from PMD are introduced into the maingame with a max of 2 moves, articuno is now not only the bane of VGC but the best pokemon in the game.
