This guy should have been Champion in B2W2 instead of Iris.
Because that would be a hot girl
>not dating machoke trainers
>not implying you will trade them for favors
I never thought Bugsy was a girl wtf
This is my honest to goodness first time seeing that character, I just thought it'd be nice if he was gril to balance out the trend. There's been flimsy guys, let's see more brick girls!
As opposed to what?
Should have been Marshal. Makes more sense from a story perspective, and would have been a last hurrah for Fighting type before Gen VI shat on them.
Oh, and for those of you who want girl Benga, here you go.
I always hated sitting in chairs
Marshal as champion would have been a much more cohesive transition both story and theme wise. It would have also been great to get a fighting type champion just because of how a team supporting fighting pokemon could have look like.
>would rather have hyper active kids spamming dragons every where and promoting game freak's power creep bullshit
I don't even know why I bother anymore. All you anons care about is muh dragons and waifu fap bait which is specifically why Iris got to be champion.
You know, I expected it and was kind of disappointed that it was Iris.
See, that's exactly why I expected it.
>not enjoying qt wild shota
Man, I was super confused as a kid when people thought Bugsy was a girl.
Depends on where you live.
Probably because he's such a minor character. It's a shame, I feel like he had potential. Would like him and his grandpa to be a bonus double battle in some a future gen.
Seems unlikely, but it would be nice.
Oh, I know it's unlikely, since Alder didn't make much of a splash. Just a wish of mine.
So he's a Literally Who's Literally Who apprentice happening to be a Literally Who region Literally Who member?
God riddance, only a barafag and a nigger would want Marshall and a shitty type like Fighting as Champion in a region full of overpowered and bulky Ghost and Psychic types and shit like Scald.
Fuck Marshall and the other forgettable E4 of Unova.
>b-but muh apprentice
Clair was Dragon Den elder's student but failed their challenge and other examples like Janine being an awful leader just like Flannery. Lance was an E4 for the sole reason your Rival has defeated it and he has accepted the E4 role when Stevwn has left for example.
Marshall wasn't even popular in Japan nor probably made a Pokemon cartoon feature. And being the apprentice of one of the worst champions on pair with Diantha doesn't help him.
>hey, came here to say i've never played gen v, but i have a baseless opinion and you should hear it!
Epic, my friend. You might have forgotten the part where Alder had a massive role in BW's story, and a decent sized one in the very beginning of B2W2.
Typical unovabort being triggered by its own lack of reading comprehension.
>b-but alder is epik
>he just introduces himself and let you battle in front of preschoolers
>something somhing else where he jumps from a climb
>a-also that part where it gets rekt by regional villains
>i-in bw2 it gibs you a shineese dragon
Amazing how he still remains a shit trainer with basically a team consisting of Volcarona only.
>b-but muh two lines about marshall being his apprentice
Hahahaha oh wow...who is Marshall once again?
>a-alder has a massive role i swear!
>y-you cannot state an opinion or fact about muh 'nova unless it's not approved by me
Well baited my buddy.
lol so much overreaction that you haven't even presented any solid counterargument (although those don't exist for marshall and alder)
an oldfart champion with shitmons and one volcarona and some random e4 that loses to 2 matchups against other e4 girls, pathetic :-)
he was as useless and forgettable as diantha in xy unless they redeem her in the third title
Thank you for cute pics. Glad to see I'm not the only one who likes mini-Alder.
Also sad that Alder receives so much shit on this board, he is probably my second favorite champ ;_;
Sure thing, anon.
It's pretty sad indeed, I really liked his design as well.
I can see why people would be disappointed with Alder. If it was a battle shonen, Alder would fit the very definition of jobber, and no one likes jobbers.
He was hyped through the entire game and then lost off-screen to hype an antagonist (N) and we never saw his supposed power (until post-game which is not really a part of canon story). His team was really bad as well.
He's my favorite champion. Rather than just 'cool younger person with strong pokemon' he had a bit more depth, and an actual backstory, which is rare for Pokemon. He also has a bitchin' encounter theme.
His team was utter garbage though. I'd say the absolute worst of any Champion. Least it improved in the PWT.
