So far, yes. Most people predict there will be 20.

At this point I would try Weavile, Garchomp, Braixen, Charizard, Blaziken, and then Chandelure, in that order to get a feel for their gameplay. And then try the other characters at my leisure. Still waiting, hoping, for one of my favourite Pokemon to get in. Weavile is in my Top 20 at least.
