If your pet was a pokemon what would it be? Picture and video related. My parrot would be a Pidgeotto. https://youtu.be/cOJzPiY33wc
You sure it wouldn't be a Chatot?
Cute vid, btw.

My pet sock-rat is already this.
A Beldum, and we would hunt other Beldums for sacrifice in order for him to transcend to metagross

My dream pet would be a Skuntank line, I have a bunch of purrloin

>lazy yellow dog who sleeps 18 hours a day and uses expert manipulation abilities to get treats all the time
Abra, for sure.
What if I don't have a pet because I don't want to waste money on something that I could legitimately not care less about?

Then you're probably some kind of sociopath who's incapable of empathy and bonding with another living thing.
Sorry, but people who don't have pets are just bad people.

I'm laughing because you just described me to a T.

Serious question.
What exactly drew you to Pokemon when you were a kid? Everyone I know thought they were adorable, or just ate up the whole "travel the world with your monsters who get more powerful through the power of friendship" angle.
What was in it for you?

I never played Pokémon as a kid. I only got into it about 2-3 years ago. I'm 22 btw. And I dunno. I mainly just got into the anime first because the girls, and then the games sucked me in after I played Sapphire on an emulator. I've been addicted ever since. Pokémon is also the only RPG I like for whatever reason. I normally hate RPG games or really any non-real time action games and I tend to stick with simulators.
