Got pic related few days ago with 3 balls
You can do it OP
You're the type of person that would rather go to the store and buy a pizza that tastes 5/10 instead of making one from scratch that tastes 10/10. Shut the fuck up you loser, go hack all your pokemon and then cry about no postgame.
It may be fun to you, but generally one gets a greater sense of accomplishment out of working towards a goal instead of having the reward handed to them. In the case of a random encounter, it adds a generous helping of surprise and tension.
To each their own, my fellow anon.
Exactly. In this case, if shiny Pokemon are like pizzas, then injecting is like buying a pizza that tastes 5/10, and getting a legit shiny is like making and cooking your own pizza that tastes 10/10
See some people have jobs and get a greater sense of achievement from achieving things such as working on their career or buying a house than playing pokemon for 5 hours or more a day.
But if you would rather be a neckbeard who's life is dedicated to pokemon go ahead I guess.
That's entirely true, though. I understand that not everyone has enough time to play Bike Simulator 2015
or is it 2016 now; after heading to college, I haven't had nearly as much free time as I once had. Besides, getting a shiny pales in comparison to everything you listed in terms of achievement.
I'm just trying to say that a legitimate shiny has more meaning than an injected one, no matter how small.
I feel your pain; I lost a shiny Tauros in a FireRed Safari Zone once because it ran off. I almost had it captured three times before it fled. THREE TIMES!
On another note, how many of you anons have non-injected Shiny Pokemon, how many do you have and what are they?
I have four; the Gyarados from HGSS, a Shiny Dratini (gift from Benga in W2), the Shiny Haxorus from the Nature Preserve and a Shiny Tentacool (found it while looking for Feebas in Emerald).
I have these.
I have quite a few, with notable mentions being a shiny Eevee (got it after several days of off-and-on chaining) and a shiny Furfrou (got it within maybe six or so eggs when trying to breed for a regular one).
Speaking of losing shinies, the only shiny that I encountered before Gen VI was a Blitzle in Black. I found it while training my event Zorua, so I decided to keep it out and weaken it with Fury Swipes considering how weak it was at the time.
>mfw hits 5 times and crits at least once, killing it in one turn
They mostly have shit IVs and Natures.
And they're caught over 2 Emerald games, Ruby, Sapphire, Leaf Green and Colosseum.
I've been playing these games for a long time.
This is just Ruby.
Also I never want to play Colosseum ever again.
>small pokemon selection
>severe lack of TMs
>broken level scaling, especially late game, opponents are severly overleved
>shadow pokemon mechanic is lousy and doesn't do much except waste your time
>trying to snag shadow pokemon can be a complete nightmare because they all have shadow rush which is a recoil move, they usually end up killing themselves
>you have to backtrack every time because only one place sells balls
If you want to be able to do something you have to spend insane amounts of time in the Battle Tower, but it really isn't worth it.
Doesn't stop the game from sucking ass though.
There was a special build for both emulators bundled by some guy, forgot the name.
It was son the Dolphin forums.
And this is why ORAS doesn't have a Safari Zone.
