I always thought Eelektross would make a good psuedo legendary. More interesting than another dragon. Just toss another 85 into speed and it hits 600

I was trying to look for pokemon from other gens that would make good psuedos, but theres a surprisingly small amount of three stage evolutionary lines that had all it's stages introduced in the same generation

Exploud would be a good psuedo I think. Toss it +10 in HP and +20 in everything else and it hits 600

With 123 Attack, 80 Speed and Defiant and already access to Brave Bird, a secondary STAB, Superpower, U-Turn and other moves, Braviary is still just... there.

You can say that because it faces competition with Staraptor (Talonflame albeit a Flying-Attacker, is more of a cleaner than a wallbreaker) is less used and that Luxray will be alone on that niche; but 70 Speed even with Scarf is slow.
+Spe Base 70 pass only by 1 point at level 50 base 130, so you're already sacrificing power for speed.
If you go Adamant, it'll be slower than other Wallbreakers, a lot of the base 100 uses a little speed investment to surpass base 70 already.

Luxray is basically Electric-Flareon with Crunch.

Luxray is like the Black Kyurem of common mons. Also, would a Dark-type addition even fit it? Like others have said its name has lux/light in it and it doesn't really seem associated with dickishness or misfortune.

Luxray definitely needs speed.
Most of the unusable mons are either because of a poor speed tier, glass defences, or shite movepool

Can I also say Cradily could get a decent mega?
Cradily was a solid defence/setup in dpp days and kept a small niche in bwbw2 days
Its fell into dissue as its role was replaced by better mons (Namely Ferrothorn in particular in bw)
I could see mega cradily as a strong defensive core-just needs a bit of polish and cradily can return to a usage tier (not OU perhaps but maybe UU)
