1 of my mons did not get any exp from victini, did this happen to anyone else?

I played victini today with 2 level 9s, Pinsir in 2nd slot and Scizor in 3rd. Pinsir got the crown and made it all the way to MAX, Scizor gained enough to only need 1 more ampharos run. Doesn't seem to be bugged (I'm on 3ds if maybe it's only bugged on mobile?)

Need some help from Supreme faggots

Recently backed up my save, edited it, and then tried to reinject it.

However, I was a dumbass and had my brain on autopilot and checked in on my old save before reinjecting.

In a further move of stupidity, I reinjected anyways thinking that I'd just write over the new progress because who cares, and now my save is corrupted.

I have a back-up, fortunately, and I know there's a way to fix it, I just can't remember how. Does anyone remember?

I hope you are on glorious 9.2 master race fw. Use Savdata manger to re-inject your savefile into pokemon shuffle.
Then SaveDataFiler (only for cfw, hence 9.2) to delete the secret value of your shuffle savegame. This will let the game think you are on your latest save and everything will work accordingly.

If you only have homebrew there is a tutorial on how to transfer/edit your secret value between savefiles.

Yep. The newest homebrew pack can install on 10.3, once you have it installed regardless of version use one of the apps (I think svdt is in the starter pack now) to dump your save and use ScriesM's editor program.

Then use PSSE to edit your file. Re-inject with savedata.bin

Despite that, it isn't as hard as it may sound. I beat it with 3 turns left, without any items, when I was trying to simply scout the stage and see what I might need in my next try. I was also testing the newly acquired M-Swampert (with Palkia, Manaphy and Greninja) and only activated Palkia's skill once and Manaphy's once or twice, so it wasn't as if they made much of a difference. M-Swampert gave some pretty great combos however, it's probably luck but M-Blaziken rarely worked so well for me in the past.

If you bring Feebas it has a chance of breaking the barriers at the top, which is absolutely critical. It may take a few hearts to work properly, depending on spawns, but once it does do not let the board reset again. Finish at your leisure.

most early stages can be done pretty easily (till stage 150 mewtwo I'd say). Some other stages can be done with brute force and some require thinking on what to bring.
For later stages it is not advised to just hit optimize and brute force it down. Think about strategies and what might work. Its a good idea to scout the stage before investing in hearts/items. Think about why you failed the stage. Not enough damage done? Nasty Disruptions? etc...

For Milotic you def. have to bring Feebas. MS Ampharos or Manectric is also a good idea.

All normal is the best team for most competitions because if Arceus activates Double Normal, it does 2.5* all normal type damage till the combo ends, which is better than normal SE damage.

Experience is based on the number of moves the stage has, so Ampharos, Snorlax, Buneary and Galvantula are among the best. Victini on Saturday gives 400 Exp, always use exp 1.5, but you can only use it once a day.

The lack of good support like Charizard and Delphox for Mega Blaze really hurts MegaPert's usefulness.

What Pert lacks in power, it makes up in utility.

Mega Blaze has Burn and Pyre, with two 80 BP mon and some utility in Barrier Bash and Block Smash

Mega Pert has Mind Zap, Barrier Bash+, Swap+, Stabilize+, Rock Smash, PoF5 (lol), and Crowd Control (not too useful in this situation.) While it could benefit from a Water-boosting ability, it's still viable and Megas quickly.

Here's hoping GS gives us something good in Empoleon and Samurott.

It's never going to happen because if you have infinite hearts the game becomes pointless. You can grind money and levels with no restriction, so there's no value to anything since you have as many attempts as you need on each comp, escalation, event, difficult stage, and so on. The money they'd make from people who otherwise won't pay at all would be much less than the money they're making from the people who will pay here and there.
Would I do it if it was available? Probably not. The game is easy enough as it is, and since the harder stages just boil down to grind until you can afford items, if there was no value to any of that there wouldn't be any fun left. I'd lose interest very fast and then have wasted $8.
