The Nintendo Direct confirmed it'd be in colour. It's not in colour in the Japanese versions, but is in the western.

Another Kanto remake doesnt make sense at this point of time. We just got the return of kanto nostalgia in XY and remake of 3rd generation. Pokemon games must go forward not turn around with every release.

If there will be another Kanto remake it'll be on 25th annivesary or 30th, not now. Be happy with the rerelease

I would, I'm still waiting for my battle simulator that allows me to just play random battles with all gen 6 pokemon infinitely.
