Think of an underpowered Pokemon. Got it?
Come up with one minor change that could help make it relevant.
I think Delphox would actually be really solid if its old signature move, Mystical Fire, functioned as a fire type volt switch, rather than being a mediocre debuffing/damage move.
I would make Mystical Fire lower Special Defense instead of Special Attack.

Oh I see you have a Knock-off user :^)
Still fucked by Sucker Punch but thats what a hard switch is for. Which is also countered by Pursuit...
>reliable self-repair move that's basically a rock or steel type recover
>pretty much every rock/steel/ice bulky shitmon gets it
also snorlax gets slack off, which probably won't make it relevant but whatever
Ice types already get recover, like avalugg and cryogonal. Ice is easier to regenerate since they can just freeze moisture in the air.
Mineral-based recovery would be a different move, yeah.
The limit of /vp/'s creativity trying to buff bad pokemon/types
>Give it an ability that makes it immune to [4x weakness]
>Give it huge power
>Give it a u-turn equivalent
special mention goes to everyone who asks for boomburst on porygon
-minor defensive boost (+10 to HP or something)
-secondary poison typing
-now learns u-turn
-more speed (+30)
-now learns baton pass
-ability changed to sheer force
-added ability: prankster or protean
Not a single one has mentioned any of those yet derpface.
>Yisssss... 1/3. I totally won that argument.
Nice try tho.
>I moved the goalposts
>woah, I won!
Avalugg becomes Ice/Water. It should probably get Dive or something too, I have no idea why it doesn't.
This is a nice change. Zoroark/Ninetales already have it, so wynaut?
It would have to get two Quiver Dances up to outspeed anything and its typing/coverage/abilities are pretty disappointing.
Fiery Dance might be nice on it especially on a Chlorophyll Sun Sweeper.
