Is the pokemon file saved as .ekx and called pokemon.ekx (NOT ek6)?
Do you have the correct code.bin for your injection method?
Have you tried clearing your browser's history and cookies?
Did you leave the PC open in game while performing the exploit?

but am not sure what to do after restoring the edited save file. Do I just have to go to the start screen and then close the game?
And then, which slot 1 x999 code do I use? The one which just changes the quantity, or the one which changes slot 1 to x999 of a specific item?
Alright so I'm a fucking retard. I used the exploit to edit some of my pokemons stats. They were sceptile, blissey, rayquaza, and kyogre. Only bliss made it through the battlespot check. Any clue why?

"If it's the hatching memory, the area needs to match the hatch location (Route 7 is "riverside road", Lumiose City is "big city", etc.) I'm assuming you wouldn't be changing the hatch location so you shouldn't have to worry about that. But if you're making mons that came from different games (e.g. one from XY and one from ORAS) make sure you copy the memory from a Pokémon from the right game (you don't want a Pokémon hatched at the Battle Resort to remember hatching on a "riverside road" obviously).
I'd recommend using the memory of meeting the Judge if you weren't already, since you'd probably want to check the IVs of anything you hatch so that's a pretty common one to have anyway.
If you're copying any other memories the Pokémon acquired after hatching, you have to make sure it's not something impossible (like a Pokémon hatched in XY with a memory of soaring in the sky with its OT, for example). Like I said, if you just stick with the Judge memory every time you'll have no problems."

So uh I checked one of these Pokemon that I checked with the IV judge yesterday. After the town map part it says "Lopunny was stared at by the Judge intensely when it met him with (blank space). The Pokémon remembers that they ended up in a foul mood."
That blank space is dodgy, how I do I prevent that? It should be my game's OT.

The problem with this one was that the judge memory was created by me in the game rather than edited in pkhex.
one very helpful thing I found out while doing this a couple days ago with the direct injection method is , say you made a pokemon. DO NOT save it to drag or copy to the root if the SD card. just save the ekx file directly from pkhex into the root. you shouldnt get eggs anymore. also I like to always clear browser history and cookies before injecting.
1. Download WIN2011 Celebi pkm file. You can easily find it on google

little help here? when i edit the TID, i can't seem to start it off with the number '0', it always sort of skips 0 then goes on, for example i type in "01234" , only "1234" shows, and the 0 is not there, fucking annoying
Ok, in my rush I've been saving created Pokemon as PKX instead of EKX and then change the file extension after copying them over to the SD card.
Maybe that would explain why I keep getting eggs?
So if I do the direct injection method, do I need to change anything other than the file extension before I put it on the card? Do I need to change the file name as well or does the default name when you save it from PKHex work fine?
I'm using RAM2Sav - Save File Dumping/Injection for X/Y/OR/AS. Where it clearly states X and freaking Y. What is going on? Followed each step correctly just like I did in ORAS and it worked for them. Help guys?
Can someone help? i just made a box of celebi's, and exported them using the SAV tab to my sd card, i put the SD in my 3ds, opened it up, did the usual /1Caycho URL exploit, and the celebi's were in the box. I then put the sd back into my PC, opened pkhex, and the celebi's were still there in the same box, how do i reset pkhex so that it shows what the current box looks like? I moved the celebi's to pokebank and even though i refreshed pkhex a few times, they were still there, and because i'm going to make a new batch of arceus, i don't want the celebi's to appear in the box again, it's annoying, any help? (basically pkhex is saying i have celebi's in box 1 even though i don't lol)

I exported the box with the Lopunny and it has no "Latest (not OT) Handler" set, and the notOT section of memories is greyed out so that I can't edit it, even though it's registered that I used the IV judge in-game. Yet other Pokemon in the same box that I've caught in that game or transferred from my Y do have those set.

I'll make the question easier to understand. Can you save the markings settings for all the pokemon in a box or do you have to save a pokemon file one by one?
Anytime I edit the markings and select another pokemon they reset.

Ok, I cant find an answer to this on the pastebin. I know you can do 100% legit pokemon by simply creating good IV pokemon and breed a new one with the IVs you want, which will be easy with two max IV parents. But how do I do 100% legit legendarys and pokemon who cant breed in general?
I know there are files with legit legendary pokemon, but what about the not-OT ID and memories? When I receive that pokemon it will have the wrong memories since its not my own ID and traded pokemon should have memories about being traded. And another question, does it matter which TID, SID and name I use or do I have to use existing IDs?

Im using pkhax to make mons for maison but I cant get the megas to stay in mega form. I made a contrary charizard x but when i injected it was just a regular charizard :/ Help is appreciated.
I'm just trying to figure out what's going wrong. I've got the "hacked stats" box checked, but no matter how many times I edit the final values, once I "set" the Pokemon in a box slot it just reverts back to normal immediately... or is it that 'trying to view the edits' is the thing that's reverting them?
The issue is that you're setting them in the box...Box pokemon do not have stats. Their stats are automatically calculated on in-game view.
Box pokemon size = 232 bytes.
Party pokemon size = 260 bytes -- the extra 28 bytes are used for in-battle stats and other shit.
I guess another part of the issue is that I don't overwrite the party cache so party importing just doesn't work.
Might be worth implementing, maybe.

I had the Pokemon in my party in slot five, I made the ramsav.bin and made the changes, I "set" it back in slot five and I exported the SAV. Is that the right way or am I still fucking it up?
The save injection does not currently support injecting party members, sorry.
It's because in addition to being stored with other save data the party is stored in like five other places and I currently don't write to all of them, so cache'd data overrides.
maybe a dumb question here, but using the save editor for XY, can you re battle the legendary birds and change which one to battle? i didn't found it in the event flags
Also, if i were to start a new file and then load the previous finished one, that would only update my boxes, party, items, trainer information and such, but not the whole save file, right? for example, i would still be in the first town and that stuff
i could, but i don't want to fuck up my save for you. besides, you can do it too, and, even if you lack a functioning brain and basic reading comprehension, the only chance of fucking up your save is injecting a bad egg and then saving. if things go wrong you can just reset and everything returns to normal
Back then, for ORAS, I realized there's no 'game sync in progress' message when I was saving saving so I just had to check that out. Turns out the thing connects to Pokemon Global Link and from then on, it displays a message where I can't use them (even tho I had legal moves etc).

Honestly, if you have that much trouble reading through simple instructions, you should stay away from injecting pokemon. Not trying to be a dick, it's for your and your game's safety.
i just tried the dugtrio thing, duigtrio cant leave the floor at all, even if it uses those flying moves, the animation will apear but dugtrrio will stay on the ground, the animation plays as if some invisible pokemon used it
i just checked a few of the pokemon i hacked and left it blank, they still show up with 4 moves
ie. suicune shows hydro pump, extrasensory,bite, leer
Always re-check all the stats you have changed before saving, I noticed PKheX has a habit of resetting some stuff to default when you switch between tabs. Happened to me several times when I wanted to make shiny Pokemon, and switching to another tab in the program turned it off.

i rechecked, rerolled and checked again, resaved the box, loaded code, still takes plenty of siestas, no idea what else to do? do i just import one at a time? that would take forever
even when i redo them., and save/inject as individuals it still comes up with the same characteristic, siestas, tho PkHeX says otherwise.

pid is different on every one, same with stats
when i generate a box data report it says all the stats etc, but DSRegion ID is japan, the county/region are USA, and on the pokemons view tab it says ds region is usa, is that a bug or something?
I don't have my 3ds on me at the moment, so I can't tell you if my recent injects have those characteristics anymore, but this was happening to me when I first started remaking a team of mine from scratch. I later just ended up directly editing the pokemon, so not from scratch, and they kept their original characteristics. I didn't touch their pid's either.
