I don't spend my pokeyen on anything except repels/super repels/max repels.
I know that cost/effectiveness ratio of super repels make it the best but fuck that, max repel gives me 50 more steps before I have to use another. However, I will sit there and buy lemonades for 10 minutes and end up with like 8 total just because PokeMart heal items are so expensive.

I only use 4 pokemon normally so I can carry around 2 that have some HMs, this stupid fucking game is badly designed I hate it I hate it.
Tend to use Gen 1 Pokemon over and over that I'm comfortable with and have used so many times. Sometimes I'll use a gen 3+ pokemon and then drop it for any reason I can. Purrloin looked cool, I like purple and I like cats, who knows, it might learn Pay Day. Then it evolved into a scene girl and I boxed it never to be seen again.

My kid brother really wanted a Mewtwo and was saving his Master Ball for it in Red version. I used it on an over leveled Golbat you found while surfing looking for missingno. I felt bad, but told him how cool and strong it was and how I envied him for having a level 100 Golbat. To this day his favorite is Golbat.

Never fucking played gen 1. Well sorta, but I always get to around Brock's gym, get bored, save and quit, then never touch it again. It's sorta worse now because of the whole physical/special split. That makes the older games so much harder now. I've played FRLG and went through Kanto in GSC and HGSS just fine though so at least I'm familiar with the region.

You won't believe the number of times I've tried playing RBY. I really want to play it, I really do, but it just doesn't seem to work out. Maybe one day when I'm incredibly bored I'll try playing it again.
