Aside from this piece of shit, what are the worst combinations out there?
Where the fuck did you get that from? The playground?
It's actually pretty good in doubles/VGC when paired with a water/flying pokemon. Especially with a Trick Room team
It makes sense in some way though.
Delibirds need vital spirit to survive their habitat and to do their job, but some could fuckup with this reduced sleep and become insomniac. (muh headcannon)
Stunfisk w/ Limber. Double paralysis immunity
Delcatty, the useless Meowth Pokemon
It is said that it sucks at battle because it wants to be clean
Trainers have stopped using though because of its shitty ability, Normalize, which just as useless, if not less, than it
>Not giving your Rotom-Fan an Air Balloon
>Not wanting Triple ground immunity
Allow me to educate you
Skymin's Air Slashes are in a tier of its own. Togekiss's are frightening too, but to group them together like that is unfair to the Togekiss.
M-Sceptile's 4x Electric resist doesn't make it magically less resistant to Thunderwave. Lightning Rod does (while also being its only way to boost SpAttack in a meta with Volt Switch).
Normalize lets it Thunderwave Ground types at 100% accuracy and bypass the Elec-absorbing abilities. Also technically gives you STAB on all offensive moves, but it lacks good powered moves with great secondary effects to abuse it with.
Gen 5 rain stall honorary member. Also, fungus and mushrooms thrive, if not require, damp and moist conditions to grow. Still great in Rain, which also weakens its Fire weakness, and you resist Water so it's less of a liability. You never say no to a free switch-in in a meta where Scald/Surf/Hydro Pump exist.
You mean no Physical secondary ability move pool. It gets STAB
Energy Ball. It technically gets Bounce for nice paralysis, but hopefully move tutors in ORAS will give it things like Body Slam or Zen Headbutt.
You know what if they actually decided to give each Rotom form its own ability? Wouldn't that be pretty cool?
It might help improve all the other forms.
The bitter tears of Rotom Wash losing Levitate would be so delicious if it is really that big of an impact
The decision to nerf Explosion and assigning Damp to Jellicent probably did not occur at the same time in Gen V, so there was still possibly a reason to keep HA Damp around. Should have still gotten the Scolipede treatment in Gen VI.
Someone already said Motor Drive. Volt absorb would also be a good one. So would Static, Own Tempo, Soundproof (because fans are loud), hell, even Sturdy might make a little sense. If you want to make it really stupid, though, you could do Sand Stream under the assumption that it blows debris everywhere.
Wash gets Storm Drain.
Heat gets Analytic (He needed the Levitate the most, though)
Lawnmower gets Hyper Cutter, because it makes sense, but sucks.
Refridgerator gets Refridgerate because it makes sense and is stupid, but at least gets STAB Hyper Beam.
Bounce isn't bad in game. 60% paralyze is pretty good plus coverage. But you might want to make room for Megahorn eventually.
And how many Rock Smash attacks do you need until the defense lowering makes up for the difference in power compared to Jump Kick?
At least Delibird's redundant abilities and all of the garbage flying type abilities do something, even if it's not much. Limber actually does nothing. I'd argue it's even worse than levitate rotom-s, since if on the off chance Rotom mimics a roost, it's still immune to ground types.
Inb4 corner case that will never come up.
