Of all the things to rage over, he picks hazards?
I've only been playing since last week in randoms (1500 rating, d-did I do good onii-chan?), and rocks are by far one of the least frustrating things for me to deal with. It's a move that not only is blocked by taunt, magic bounce and coat, it's delayed damage, and bar forced switch shenanigans, you have complete control over how much damage it does. Sure, switching is important, but every overly-cautious switch just validates that one turn so much more.

Now Toxic, that's something I could see people rage over. In almost every match I get at least 2 pokemon with toxic and thunder wave, and believe me the bullshit I get away with is unreal. I guess everyone got used to it, but the pebbles alone have been here for 7 years, and spikes before that.
